摘要:
本文提出了基于BP神经网络的智能军车车牌识别系统设计与实现,该系统由军用车辆号牌图像预先处理、字符的定位、字符的分割和字符的识别等流程组成,重点研究BP神经网络识别车牌技术,进行Matlab仿真实验,并对实验结果进行了统计分析。

Abstract:
This paper presents the design and implementation of intelligent military vehicle license plate recognition system based on BP neural network. The system consists of image pre-processing,character positioning,character segmentation,character recognition and other processes. Emphasis is laid on the study of BP neural network technology for license plate recognition, and the simulation experiment of MATLAB is carried out. The experimental results are analyzed statistically.
