At the beginning of 2020, a sudden outbreak of a novel coronavirus pneumonia swept the whole country. This epidemic has made people have a clearer understanding of public health emergencies, and perfecting the emergency response mechanism of major epidemic situations has become an important work that public safety must be strengthened in the future. In the meantime, this public health event has obvious characteristics of burstiness, pervasiveness and groupness, and has great similarity with the wartime logistics support environment, which provides a classic practical case for an in-depth study of logistics support work. This paper analyzes the military logistics support work from the experience and lessons of fighting the epidemic. Combined with practical high-tech experiences such as big data, Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, put forward the ideas and methods of logistics support construction from the multiple perspectives of logistics command, battlefield awareness, material distribution, network communications, etc., which will provide a certain reference significance for strengthening the logistics support work in the new era.
