    摘要:

    目前,防护工程功能毁伤评估模型在全面性和系统性上都存在不足。为解决这一问题,本文采用层次分析思想对防护工程各层级关系进行了梳理,构建了一种物理毁伤与功能毁伤相结合的函数关系,并在功能关系基础上,采用毁伤树模型研究了子系统及目标系统功能毁伤计算方法。通过对孔口防护设备功能毁伤、口部防护系统功能毁伤以及工事出入口功能毁伤等具体问题的分析,阐述了目标系统功能毁伤评估模型的建立方法。该方法在防护工程升级改造的指导中得到了成功的应用,为量化描述系统功能性毁伤奠定了基础。

    Abstract:

    To solve the problem of insufficiency of the comprehensiveness and systematicness in the current functional damage assessment models of protection engineering, this paper adopts the idea of hierarchical analysis to sort out the relationships between various levels of protective engineering, and establishes a functional relationship between physical damage and functional damage. A calculation method of systematic functional damage is studied via the damage tree model based on functional relationship, and its establishment methods are obtained for the target and its system. Through the analysis of specific problems such as the functional damages of the orifice protective equipment, the exit protective system and the passageway of fortification, a method of establishing the functional damage assessment model of the target system is described. This method has been successfully applied in the guidance of protective engineering upgrading and reconstruction, and has laid a foundation for a quantitative description of functional damages.
