    提出了一种基于熵值的装备维修性综合评价模型。在分析装备维修一般过程和维修性评价问题的基础上,构建了定性指标和定量指标相结合的装备维修性评价指标体系,建立了包括评价指标的熵值度量模型、装备维修信息结构图和行为控制图、基于熵值的评价指标聚合模型等3个方面的装备维修性综合评价模型,最后给出了一个装备维修性熵值评价算例,分析了该评价模型的应用方向。算例结果表明所提方法合理可行,能有效地综合维修任务、维修保障和维修效果等多种影响因素进行装备维修性评价。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of equipment maintainability evaluation, a comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy value is proposed. Based on the analysis of the general process of equipment maintenance and the problem of maintainability evaluation, an evaluation index system for equipment maintainability combining qualitative and quantitative indexes is constructed. And the comprehensive evaluation model of equipment maintainability, which consists of an entropy based measurement model of evaluation indexes, equipment maintenance information structure diagram and behavior control chart, entropy based aggregation model of evaluation indexes, is introduced. Finally, an entropy based evaluation example of equipment maintainability is given, and the application direction of the evaluation model is analyzed. The numerical example shows that the proposed method is reasonable and feasible, and can effectively integrate various maintenance factors such as maintenance tasks, maintenance guarantees and maintenance effects to evaluate the maintainability of the equipment.
