    管道电伴热系统在国防工业和生活领域都有着十分广泛的应用,但在实际使用过程中也经常会出现各种问题。目前仍缺少合理实效的管道电伴热系统安全评价指标体系及模型。在对管道电伴热系统常见故障分析总结的基础上,从系统设计、安装施工、电气连接与操作使用4个方面,选取17个影响因素构建管道电伴热系统安全评价指标体系,通过改进层次分析法计算得到各方案层的权重值。提出一种管道电伴热系统安全性灰色聚类评价模型,并通过对一电伴热管道进行实例评价检验了模型的有效性。研究结果表明该模型能够较为准确客观对管道电伴热系统安全性作出评价,同时也能快速地找到系统安全的薄弱环节,具有较强的实践应用价值。

    Abstract:

    Pipeline electric heat tracing system has been widely used in the field of national defence industry, but there are also various problems in the actual use process. In order to solve the problem of safety evaluation of pipeline electric heat tracing system, on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the common faults of pipeline electric heat tracing system, 17 influencing factors were selected to construct the safety evaluation index system of pipeline electric heat tracing system in terms of system design, installation and construction, electrical connection and operation. The weight value of each scheme layer was calculated by improved analytic hierarchy process, and a grey clustering evaluation of pipeline electric heat tracing system safety was proposed. The effectiveness of the model was verified by an example of electric heat tracing pipeline. The results indicate that the model can not only objectively and accurately evaluate the safety of the pipeline electric heat tracing system, but also quickly find the weak links of the system safety, and has strong practical application value.
