    摘要:

    本文基于“波音737max事件”这一新世纪以来最严重的系列空难,对事件发生过程进行还原性概述,发现空难事故主要由于硬件装备设计与软件装备质量存在问题,指出了波音公司的质量管理在认识程度、管理体系、信息交流和检测方法等方面存在问题,由此引发出对信息智能时代武器装备质量管理的思考。本研究以“波音737max事件”为基础,围绕信息智能时代特点,结合我国装备质量管理存在的问题,对加强信息智能时代武器装备质量管理提出了树立正确认识、完善质量管理体系、加强信息交流和强化人才队伍建设等建议,以期为强军之旅保驾护航。

    Abstract:

    This article is based on the “Boeing 737 Max incidents,” the worst series of plane crashes to have occurred in the current century. A brief overview of this incident revealed that the plane crashes were caused by issues in hardware design and software quality, which indicate that Boeing had problems in their understanding of quality management, quality management systems, information dissemination processes, and inspection methods. These issues inspired a discussion on quality management for weaponry and equipment in the age of information and intelligence. In view of the lessons of the “Boeing 737 Max incidents,” the characteristics of the information age, and the existing problems faced by China in the management of equipment quality, it is suggested that the following areas must be improved to strengthen quality management processes for information-age weaponry: the understanding of quality management, quality management systems, information dissemination, and talent team construction. These steps are necessary for ensuring the safety of our military in their future travels.
